Fixturing & Assembly

 

We can fully assemble jigs/ fixtures, so we can be a one stop shop for all your machining requirements.

Whether it be doweling or mounting your parts into position or installing snap rings and bearings in housings. We are able to assist you in completing your product from start to finish.

 

Inspection


We have a fully equipped inspection room with tools that have been calibrated to ensure our products meet the highest standards. Full inspection reports can be provided for your order, if requested.

 

Our inspection tools include but are not limited to; 36" digital Mitutoyo height gauge, 60" Verniers, 0-24" Micrometers, 0-1.500" pin gauge set, 0-1" ball gauge set, 0-6" bore gauges, gauge blocks.
